n the plastic processing industry, defects such as shrinkage, silver streaks, bubbles, cracking, flow marks, burrs, poor transparency, gate sticking, splay, incomplete filling, and product instability or deformation are often caused by insufficient drying of the plastic material before molding.

Our integrated “Three-in-One” drying system has been proven to reduce the dew point of drying air to below -40°C, lowering the moisture content of plastic raw materials to under 0.02% before molding. Using a closed-loop circulation system, the air is thoroughly dehumidified and heated, allowing the dry air to quickly extract moisture from the plastic pellets and achieve efficient drying.
